s   Reverse engineered client’s highly-stylized custom bicycle motocross cranks, creating a parametric SolidWorks model, with configurations for various sizes of riders.  Provided file output in preparation for CAM production.

s   Developed configurable SolidWorks assembly model representing a typical spiral conveyor system.  Variables such as belt width, belt radius, tier pitch, number of tiers, number of legs, drive mechanism size, and so on, can be adjusted to give the look and overall dimensions of the custom system that would suit a given customer's requirements.

s   Designed and documented a pneumatic board-marking mechanism which uses a disposable paint pen and de-caps the pen when it comes down to mark a bad board and re-caps it when it returns.

s   Designed several custom fixtures to accommodate the loading of odd-sized printed circuit boards, including SIMMs, into an automated inspection system.

s   Designed packaging for several control panels.

s   Completed all assembly drawings for a prototype circuit board inspection system containing 3 axes and over 1000 parts.
